What we collect
When you submit the workflow review form we collect the name, company, work email, unit count, software, and process notes you enter. That is the whole set — there is no analytics profiling, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your request and prepare the workflow review you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone outside Admin Workflows.
Documents and data in a pilot
The free workflow review needs no documents. Once a pilot starts, you forward your bills to a dedicated inbox or shared folder, and the bills and account data you share are used only to run your workflow. Data is encrypted, remote access runs over a VPN, every financial change is audit-logged, and backups run automatically. We delete your data on request at any time.
Retention and removal
Email sales@adminworkflows.com and we will delete your enquiry and any documents or data you shared, and confirm once it is done.
